A manual therapy session aimed at those with long-term muscular pain in their legs, shoulders, neck or back. We will ask you some brief questions about your pain and allow you time to change; however, most of the session will be hands on targeted manual therapy for pain relief. Please note: This service runs from the therapy room in Noble Beauty and Hair in Roslin which is only a 5-minute drive from our main clinic.
£30 for 40 minutes (10 Minute Consultation then 30 minutes manual therapy
£60 for 70 minutes (10 Minute Consultation then 60 minutes manual therapy.)
Chronic Pain Reset Sessions (online only)

These 1-hour sessions are designed to provide you with practical tools to begin to lower your pain levels and regain control. We will cover many different techniques that you can integrate into your life, provide education on pain mechanisms and what the evidence says drives chronic pain. Any type of chronic pain is relevant as the principles are universal. So, whether it's frequent migraines, neurological pain, chronic back pain or arthritis, these sessions are for you.
